The education market design focuses on the School or University ICT department and its internal capabilities for support and maintenance. There is no advantage in designing a state-of-the-art system, and then having prolonged down-times due to a lack of familiarity with the product suite, or needing external Contractors for day to day maintenance.

DAVD represents the Facility’s ICT interests during renovation and expansion projects, acting as the point of contact between the project team and the institution’s internal ICT department.

Advanced Tertiary Learning Space

The Mercy Building features a variety of shared learning areas and a full floor Function Space for whole Campus events. It is also the workspaces for Marketing, Human Resources, and ICT. The building facilitates a multitude of study settings including work privately or in collaboration.

Expanding Educational Settings

Appointed by the Builder to manage the D&C contract to comply with the USQ AV / ICT Standards for this world class education gateways project. The size and speciality of the project needed DAVD to divide the tender to two leading AV Contractors focussing on their individual specialities, whom both worked tirelessly to deliver a fantastic outcome.

Our role was to ensure all documentation was coordinated in respect to integration onto the Hospital Network, communication room layouts, connection between trades was cross referenced for a seamless commissioning stage.
